This place is the best I could find in the area. Unlike anything around here, the food tastes good, it's affordable, the place is clean and neat, they don't rush you to order and get out. The lady behind the counter patiently explained to me the items in the menu and recommended me the salmon burger, which turned out to be amazing! Highly recommend this place!
A HIDDEN GEM!!! The customer service was amazing. Danella & (her crazy cousin) Brittney helped us and were very helpful, nice and friendly. I got a couple of things because it was my first time. But let me tell yall the food was AMAZING!!!. The fried chicken taste like my mom made it. Sweet & Chilli wings were good too, not spicy at all. The Rasta Pasta was good not too spicy but has that nice kick that you need at the end. That strawberry waffle was delicious. The Mac & Cheese was MAC-ING. GOOD and seasoned not like macaroni pie from most places. The plantains was nice ripe and sweet. The mac&cheese empanadas was good as well .The fried oreos was a good ending to it all. Thank you for the great customer service and food just know you gained some new customers.
Food is well seasoned. I tried the lobster bits with sweet chillies sauce. It was good enough to eat without sauce though
My fave order is the honey garlic catfish bites with a side order of Rasta pasta yams and oxtail gravy on the side. The oxtail empanadas had me in a chokehold for months
Brownsville eateries are on the come up. This small spot is busy all day long. You have to try them. The Chopped Cheese Oxtail Sandwich OMG flavorful, juicy and a gastronomical delight. Big words however they deserve the praise. Order ahead is my suggestion unless you like a long wait. The long wait is suppressed by the results. We had the Fried Oreos as well the batter is supreme and not heavily oily. Enjoy!!
I went yesterday and ordered the oxtail empanadas, oxtail chopped cheese, and seafood Mac n cheese. The empanadas was to die for so good and the chopped cheese was very flavorful. I did like the flavor of the seafood man and cheese but it was more on the dry side. I like mines wet and cheesy. But overall I would go back!
Its literally walking distance from me , food is so flavorful and theres a girl here shes really nice i didnt get her name but she was so nice to me and my order the kitchen is definitely black because the seasoning is the best on the entire mother gaston
The food here was so good . I had the ox tail combo with Rasta pastas and sea food Mac & Cheese. I also had the boneless sweet chilli chicken and fried Oreos. And You have to try the soul tea so delicious.
